To assist in the development of Umpires in the Province of New Brunswick, Rowing New Brunswick Aviron is introducing the Umpire Assistance Program. The program goal is to assist in the support existing umpires to travel to sanctioned competitions outside their own club. This will also help Umpires in training to get their required experience.
